What happens while you wait

Moving between pages on this site does not end the conversation, and closing the window does not cancel your request. The session stays open and a red dot appears on the chat icon when a reply arrives.

If the wait runs long, WhatsApp appears as an extra route out and your request stays open regardless. You will not find a response-time promise anywhere on this page: a request can arrive at midnight and be answered in the morning, and saying so plainly is more useful to you than a number that does not hold.

What language does it reply in?

The language you write in. English and Arabic are both supported, and the page you open it from sets the starting language — open it from an Arabic page and it begins in Arabic.

Does Azim Chat replace the other tools?

No. Azim Chat explains and directs; the measuring is done by the tools. The Marketing Agent reads your site, Basira reads photos of your place, and the Campaign Audit reads your advertising campaign.

Can I talk to a real person?

Yes, from a button inside the chat. I am notified immediately, and when I reply my messages appear under my name in a different colour so you know for certain that you have moved from a machine to a human.

Azim Chat knows this site and its tools well, and it answers general marketing questions. It does not claim to know your market numbers or your competitors’ data, and it will not give you a figure that has no source behind it.
