These policies govern ashrafazim.site, the free AI marketing tools hosted on it, and the digital marketing services offered by Ashraf Azim, an independent consultant based in Dubai, UAE. Questions: contact page.
The short version
Four facts. The detail follows below.
- Your data is never sold, rented, or traded.
- What you type into a tool or the chat is processed by named AI providers in the United States and France.
- Tool reports are deleted after 30 days. Conversations handed to a person, and photos uploaded to Basira, are kept until you ask for deletion.
- One email to info@ashrafazim.site exercises any of your rights.

Privacy Policy
In plain wordsYou are told what is collected, who else sees it, how long it is kept, and how to have it deleted. Nothing is sold.
What is collected

Name and email
From contact forms, tool result forms, and the newsletter.

Where you choose to provide it.
Business details you type into a tool
Your website URL, brand name, field, target market, budget range, and campaign data you upload.
Photos you upload
In Basira: pictures of your shop front, interior, or products, used to produce the visual audit.
Chat messages
What you write to the chat, plus the reply. The chat asks for your name; if you give it, it becomes part of the conversation.
Account details
If you create an account to save reports: username, email, and your saved report history. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name and email address with this site.
How it is used
- Running the tool you asked for and sending you its report.
- Answering your chat messages, and passing the conversation to a person when you ask for one.
- Replying to enquiries and delivering agreed services.
- Sending occasional marketing email — every message carries an unsubscribe link.
- Understanding how the site is used so it can be improved.
- Meeting legal obligations where they apply.
How long it is kept
Chat conversations
Stored in your browser for the session, then cleared.
Tool reports
The permanent link stops working at that point.
Contact and enquiry records
Kept while there is an active or recent working relationship.
Account data
Kept until you ask for the account to be deleted.
Conversations handed to a person
If you ask the chat to transfer you to a person, that conversation is saved in full on this site’s own server, together with your name, if you gave it, and your IP address, so it can be answered. It is not deleted automatically.
Basira photos and score
A copy of each photo you upload, and your score, is kept on this site’s own server so a later audit can be compared against the first one. It is not deleted automatically. Photos sent from your phone during a QR session are temporary and deleted within two hours.
What is never done
Your data is not sold, rented, or traded. It is not shared with anyone beyond the processors listed in the next section, and those receive only what is needed to perform their function.

Where Your Data Goes
In plain wordsThe tools and the chat work by sending what you type to AI companies outside the UAE. Every one of them is named here.
The free tools are not self-contained. When you run one, or write in the chat, your input passes through this site’s server to a third-party AI provider, and the answer comes back the same way.

Keeps your contact details and account. Forwards only the text or photo the tool needs.

Contact details you enter in forms — name, email, phone — are never sent to any AI provider. They stay on this site’s own server.
The chat is the one exception: everything typed into it, including your name if you give it, is part of the conversation the AI model reads.
International transfer
Because these providers operate outside the UAE, running a tool or using the chat means your input is processed abroad. Data protection law in those countries differs from UAE law. If you would rather not have your data processed this way, do not use the tools or the chat — the rest of the site works without them.
Other services that receive data
Email delivery
Sends your report, replies, and newsletters. Receives your email address and the message.
Google sign-in
If you choose it, Google confirms who you are and shares your name and email address with this site.
Calendly
Books consultation calls. Receives the name, email and time you enter when booking.
If you start a chat there, the conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.

Analytics & Tracking
In plain wordsOne of these tools records your session as a video. It is named first because it is the most invasive, not buried at the bottom.
Microsoft ClarityRecords sessions
Records how visitors move through pages — scrolling, clicks, and mouse movement — and replays it as an anonymised session recording. It also builds heatmaps of where people click. It does not capture your keystrokes in form fields, and text you type is masked before it leaves your browser.
Google AnalyticsAnalytics
Counts visits, measures how long people stay, and shows which pages and countries traffic comes from. Aggregated, not tied to you personally.
Google AdsMarketing
Records which ad brought you here and whether you filled a form, so budget goes to what works. Also builds remarketing audiences.
Meta PixelMarketing
The same measurement for Facebook and Instagram campaigns, and audience building for retargeting.
Site KitAnalytics
Connects this site to Google Search Console and Analytics. Reports search performance to the site owner only.
Turning it off: all of the above run through cookies. Blocking cookies in your browser stops them, and the site’s pages and tools keep working.

- Generated by AI models, so their output may contain errors. Verify anything before acting on it commercially.
- A snapshot of one moment. Running the same tool again may produce a different result.
- Subject to usage limits, so they stay available to everyone.
- Not a substitute for professional advice on legal, financial, or regulatory matters.
What not to do
- Access systems, accounts, or data you are not authorised to reach.
- Scrape, mirror, or bulk-download the site or its tool outputs.
- Submit data or photos belonging to someone else without their permission.
- Use the tools to generate misleading or unlawful material.
- Circumvent the usage limits — doing so may result in access being blocked.
Services
Consulting engagements cover digital strategy, search optimisation, paid advertising, website development, content, and custom AI tool development. Deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed in a separate written agreement for each engagement — nothing on this page constitutes an offer or a quote.
Results
Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside any consultant’s control: your market, your competitors, platform policy changes, and your own capacity to act on recommendations. No specific ranking, lead volume, or return is promised, on this site or in any engagement. Indicative timeframes shown on service pages describe typical patterns, not commitments.
Intellectual property
The text, design, code, and tools on this site are the property of Ashraf Azim. The AI Advertising Campaign Audit tool is registered as intellectual property with the UAE Ministry of Economy and Tourism, certificate no. 2706-2026, dated 21 August 2026. Reproduction without written permission is not permitted. Reports generated for you are yours to use freely.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or its free tools.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. They may be revised at any time; the date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use after a change means acceptance of it.
