What is collected

Some data you enter yourself. Some is collected automatically the moment you open a page.

• Name and email — from contact forms, tool result forms, and the newsletter.
• Phone number — where you choose to provide it.
• Business details you type into a tool — your website URL, brand name, field, target market, budget range, and campaign data you upload.
• Chat messages — what you write to the assistant, plus the reply.
• Account details — if you create an account to save reports: username, email, and your saved report history.
• Technical data — IP address, browser, device, pages visited, and time on page.

How it is used

• Running the tool you asked for and sending you its report.
• Replying to enquiries and delivering agreed services.
• Sending occasional marketing email — every message carries an unsubscribe link.
• Understanding how the site is used so it can be improved.
• Meeting legal obligations where they apply.

How long it is kept

• Tool reports — 30 days, then deleted automatically. The permanent link stops working at that point.
• Chat conversations — stored in your browser for the session and cleared after 30 minutes of inactivity.
• Account data — kept until you ask for the account to be deleted.
• Contact and enquiry records — kept while there is an active or recent working relationship.

What is never done

Your data is not sold, rented, or traded. It is not shared with anyone beyond the processors listed in the next section, and those receive only what is needed to perform their function.

The free tools on this site are not self-contained. When you run one, the text you entered is transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing, and their answer is returned to you. Those providers are named below, along with what reaches them.

International transfer

Because these providers operate outside the UAE, running a tool means your typed input is processed abroad. Data protection law in those countries differs from UAE law. If you would rather not have your business data processed this way, do not use the tools — the rest of the site works without them.

Children

This site and its tools are intended for business use by adults. Data is not knowingly collected from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information here, email the address above and it will be deleted.

The free tools

• They are provided free and without warranty, as informational aids.
• Their output is generated by AI models and may contain errors. Verify anything before acting on it commercially.
• A report is an analytical snapshot of one moment. Running the same tool again may produce a different result.
• Usage limits apply so the tools stay available to everyone. Attempting to circumvent them may result in access being blocked.
• They are not a substitute for professional advice on legal, financial, or regulatory matters.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access systems, accounts, or data you are not authorised to reach.
• Do not scrape, mirror, or bulk-download the site or its tool outputs.
• Do not submit data belonging to someone else without their permission.
• Do not use the tools to generate misleading or unlawful material.

Services

Deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed in a separate written agreement for each engagement — nothing on this page constitutes an offer or a quote.

Results

Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside any consultant’s control: your market, your competitors, platform policy changes, and your own capacity to act on recommendations. No specific ranking, lead volume, or return is promised, on this site or in any engagement. Indicative timeframes shown on service pages describe typical patterns, not commitments.

The AI Advertising Campaign Audit tool is registered with the UAE Ministry of Economy under reference MOE-CR-IPR-0003081-20260719. Reproduction without written permission is not permitted. Reports generated for you are yours to use freely.

To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or its free tools.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. They may be revised at any time; the date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use after a change means acceptance of it.
